I got you - if you need something slow, a little more cardio'esque, a hybrid - I'll make it happen.

Can I book a private class?

Absolutely. If you're in the HRM, we can meet in person. If you're abroad, or prefer to go the online route for any reason, we can collaborate on a live or pre-recorded arrangement.
I'm flexible ;)
